every night before I go to bed. I've been doing it for about a year. Really helps with night-time congestion and maybe makes me more comfortable when I'm awake.

Feel better!

I use a nose spray. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I do find going out and breathing the fresh air can sometimes clears them.

Bring some salted water to a boil, turn it off. Drape a towel over your head and breathe in the steam. You have to find a distance you are comfortable with, so you don't hurt your face. You can breathe in steam when you shower, too.

If your house is dry, you might notice your sinuses get worse, might be why getting outside is helpful. I have allergies, so if I go outside, need an allergy pill. I just get otc off brands

And if you're in Denver and it wasn't Sunday I'd say go on down to Brewer Bar II for a bowl of hot pork green chili. Clean out your sinuses and make the top of your head sweat. mmmmmmmmm.
