Current commercial annoying the heck out of me: "Busy" little girl who needs her "me" time.

I'm so irritated by her nasally voice talking about how booked up her 6 year old life is.

I know it's wrong, but I want to kick her little face.

Do these commercials get shown to potential audiences for reaction before release?

1. Burger King ads. For some reason that jingle is an earworm that takes weeks to get rid of.

6. i know this wasn't asked for...i know...

i am only making suggestions…i’m not wanting to run people’s lives…

man, turn that shit off. really, it makes your life SO much better. Less “itch”…less stress…

we watch the news…mute the commercials (daily, 30 min)
we watch Jeopardy… mute the commercials (weekdays, 30 min)
we occasionally watch a movie (once or twice a month)

we listen to music, we read, and i personally spend WAY TOO MUCH TIME HERE, but…

when i visit my mother i go INSANE…constant tv…too loud and constant screaming advertising…”Geez mom…why do you listen to this crap…you aren’t looking for a new car or a mattress or drum set or…”

“I just leave it on in the background…”

I dunno…i think we are all being poisoned in a very real psychological way…poisoned and brainwashed.

But it’s all voluntary. We can turn it off.

7. I never did understand

Why so many folks have the TV on all day long “in the background “. I really don’t like TV except for a very few shows …. although I do watch some sports. When I’m home by myself I never have it on during the day. Well, I guess to each his own.

i do think our psyche and souls are being poisoned by advertising though.

i know i am more stressed when advertising is on…its purposefully LOUD and ANNOYING and INTRUSIVE…its trying to get me to desire things i do not need…its wants me to give my money to people/companies i do not respect.

i dunno people…simplify.

9. I pretty much agree with that.

One of the reasons I pay a little more for what might be considered a legacy system - cable with a dvr. I record almost everything before I watch and then fast forward through commercials. I hate commercials, I always feel like some one is lying to me to make some money. My fast forward button reflexes have been honed over the years but it's not perfect, especially if I'm tired or distracted. But it's still a way to watch most of what I'd like to watch and filter out most of the junk.

10. I hate the T-Mobile ad with the two guys in suits in somebody's garage.

They do that "warming up" dudududdududud thing that makes it look like they are double fisting horny long-haul drivers in a truck stop restroom.

Who ever OKed that commercial should be fired, dunked in hot tar, and launched into the sun.
