The mixed veggies are the easiest to get rid of, because that's not necessarily Thanksgiving.
I'm big on the other 3.
I guess is I can only one can stay, I'll pick stuffing too. Bit adding the cranberry to the stuff does a sweet/savory thing I really like.

Not a fan of mixed veggies & haven't eaten stuffing in years. I make it for my husband on Thanksgiving, Stove Top or similar. I ADORE mashed potatoes, though.

I got the recipe for my beloved cranberry chutney from a neighbor on t-day. I now have it on hand for everything from chicken and turkey to pork and even my recent frittata. That canned stuff is so freaking sweet as are the canned cranberries. Chutney made with whole cranberries, raisins, apples, orange juice and zest rules!

A tough choice between that and stuffing. Here in the South, we have stuffing as a side dish and refer to it as "dressing." If it came down to a choice between cranberry sauce and dressing, I would be forced to choose dressing.
