(36,214 posts)Grind up raw cranberries, add an orange and zest minus the white bitter pithy parts, add a bunch of sugar depending on how sweet the orange is, a dash of salt, and grind again. It's easy and awesome. And it keeps really well.

(3,929 posts)Recipe is usually on the back of a bag of cranberries. Its just 1 bag of cranberries, 1 whole orange (including peel) and about 3/4 cup sugar. Throw it all in a blender and make it as smooth or chunky as you like.
