My nephew died unexpectedly. He had an infection which caused his heart to fail. They replaced the valve but it caused blood clots. He didn't have insurance. His brother died the year before and his parents are not well off. His children are age from young adults to high school. Any help will be very much appreciated.

“He didn’t have insurance.” This is the case for so many, even when they have insurance it is inadequate.
