entering the movie theater until at least 15 minutes after the movie is supposed to start. When I get the timing right, I walk in half-way through the previews, which themselves last too long.

I keeping the cheaper (for now) Netflix with ads version. I also have prime video (discounted because of my income). I pay for YouTube premium without ads as it is my daily driver for streaming. I get PBS with Passport and find lots to watch...I also have a VPN which allows me to watch BBC iPlayer and Australia iview (after jumping through a couple of hoops), lots to watch there...so I don't feel like I am overspending but find no shortage of video to view....I also get over the air video from my area with an indoor antenna, I think 40 to 50 channels for free...Compared to getting 3 or 4 channels when I was a kid it is kind of amazing...cheers

Is my excuse to do odds and ends that only take a few minutes. Gets you up and moving on a regular basis.

I find I don’t watch that much. It’s mostly an accompaniment to learn something new while I do stuff like sort the silverware from the dishwasher. The gardeners on YouTube are an endless source of great ideas.

It is indeed amazing after the 3 channel experience of our childhood!
