(4,265 posts)I made it a goal to get stronger, slowly for the next 10 years
. Or more.
I have more endurance and strength than I ever have. I have more time to do the things we need to do to get stronger.
Youre a young un.

(3,742 posts)....from some one genetically lucky, stay active. I'm at the end of my 77th year and I still ride a bicycle regularly and surf when it's good enough.. I don't particularly eat healthy and probably enjoy wine more often than I should, but the secret for me has been to remain active. Happy Birthday and good luck.

Doing anything fun?
I only celebrate prime number birthdays, so at 68, I have to wait 3 years.

(34,408 posts)I am going to be 71 pretty soon. All I can say is I am a little slower to think or do certain tasks and there are a few things about this machine I do not understand BUT I do not feel a day over 70!
Just a little peek ahead as you celebrate. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Really, it just keeps getting better in many, many ways. It is worth it to keep it going.
