WTF is wrong with people!

edited to add, I do understand the frustration of the lady who wrote the note but they should really be taken to a shelter, you cannot just hope someone will do the right thing

They took them in. Kitties are doing well - had their shots and are now part of the family.
Turns out cats are so calming that they reduce high blood pressure
