In the summer when they can get worms and bugs they are carnivores, but in the winter they'll eat dried-up berries and fruit if they can find it, like cherries still on trees, or mountain ash berries.

trying to build a nest in my Christmas wreath!!!!! Couldn’t believe it….thank gawd it’s back to “normal” Dec temps and they’ve quit. Oh yah, I love climate change….. NOT.
