Brought another stray inside, that is.
She was looking pitiful in the snow, so I guess I live in a 2-cat household now.
Meet Mosby.
Stella, what do you think of another cat moving in on you?
"AWWwww!"

So far they have been playing with only occasionally getting too rough. I think they're 'negotiating' who the head cat is going to be.
Wish I could tell them that they are Sisters from another Litter, and that they need to chill and get along.

(10,611 posts)We've heard of foster fails. Maybe we should come up with a new designation of stray fails!
Your new housemate is adorable. I think she looks very settled in as well, as others have said.
Here's hoping both of the cats become best friends! A house full of furry love is a wonderful thing to have!

LudwigPastorius
(11,838 posts)But, it looks like she’s complaining.
Yes, Mosby has a habit of sticking out just the tip of her tounge when I give her skritches and she starts purring.

They can frustrate you to no end but life isn’t worth living without a cat.
Yours are very beautiful, Ludwig.

(11,838 posts)Now if I can only give both enough attention.
I wouldn’t want to incite any jealousy between them.

oh and I have two stray kitties, they keep each other company......
LudwigPastorius
(11,838 posts)She never showed any interest in coming inside, until it snowed and temps dropped.
Smart girl.
I’m sure there will be another one that’ll come along to take her place outside. Once you feed one, word seems to get around.

(26,341 posts)Will you check to see if she's a missing kitty in your neighborhood? Or is that not likely, you're in a more rural area?
LudwigPastorius
(11,838 posts)But, I'll have the vet scan her for a chip when I take her to get her for a checkup and vaccines.

Of course, Stella just glares at me when I'm doing that.
