Unsolicited headline in my in box today: "Melbourne, Australia, gave internet addresses to 70,000 trees"

I didn'thave time to read further, but I'm amazed that even one tree in Melbourne, Australia would even have wanted to know anyone's internet address, let alone 70,000 of them. And wasn't anyone in Melbourne upset that their internet addresses were being give out to a bunch of plants in the first place?
