Commercials with, for instance, the close-mic sound of someone crunching a potato chip, or the slurping a straw at the bottom of an empty beverage. Annoys the hell out of me.

Especially because it's most often a female with very red lips putting things in their mouths in the most sexually suggestive manner. It's really disgusting.

2. Haven't looked in a while but thinking add on TV sound systems that keep volume level even and dampen ads

should not be that hard to make. We have paid the price to almost exclusively stream our content and eliminate ads entirely but hard to do 100%

A trigger for me so I don't listen to commercial radio nor do I watch teevee, they yell in at least 50% of them. I usually listen to NPR. I avoid people who yell.
