I was serenaded for about ten minutes by a beautiful Cardinal. He/She sat right above me and against the still barren branches he was perched in, he stood out in that amazing red.
A turtle cloud and an Angel cloud gently passed over me transforming into clouds that will speak to another's smitten eyes.
Finally and not in order, I meditated/prayed for all the children there, reminding their souls to play and be free. As I was in the midst of a seeming trance, Cuddles found a baby snake, maybe 4" long. He played with it to the point that I could see it and appreciate it and then went back to laying down underneath the old bench I sit on.
I'm here to tell you that special places become special because we make them so. They become special the moment we accept their spiritual significance to us for whatever reason.
When you pass a place that speaks to you, a place that calls out to you, a place that you always experience fondly, please make that a special place and give yourself permission to just BE there whenever you can.
What you'll experience will be nothing short of amazing.
Love, John
I also walked and sat barefoot for about 20 minutes trying to breathe her energy up through my heels.

(270 posts)Birdsongs are the world's grace notes.
Clouds are the moodsetters.
Try looking down. Hidden in the grass are tiny wildflowers, tiny froggies, baby mushrooms, a whole little microworld, as full of joy, drama, and wonder as the world of us bigger critters. Enjoy!

Beauty in all of it Dorothy. You are so right.
