I get tired of this tripe... so here's the debunk for it:

1. Actually even 'LESS THAN' 72 days to get things done...

2. I believe that was taken into consideration in his calculation.

Since it is more than 72 total days between 9/24/09 and 2/4/10, my assumption is that he did not include days that they were not working.

That also explains the 72 days, which did account for the recesses for the holidays----but did NOT account for the times when it was only a "technical" super majority, as explained in that comment.
