RW website says Bernie is wrong and that his citing of the "Swedish model" is a myth

I'm not an economist or an expert on those economies, so, have at it DU economists. Before I get chided, notice that this is posted in PROPAGANDA DEBUNKING, not in GD or GDP etc. I'm sure it's BS but I want to read the specific debunking of it.

Here's a recent Alternet article that paints Sweden in a different light than hotair does. PatrickforO Oct 2015 #1

You know, I have a colleague who is a Dane. He's definitely a Democratic Socialist and can defend it very well. I think the best thing anyone can do is ask someone who lives in one of the Nordic countries how it really is. The capitalists like those on hotair love to rail about how expensive it is to provide programs that actually help people, but the reality is that I'd be very willing to pay higher taxes for single payer healthcare and free tuition and public colleges and universities. Absolutely. That is SO much better than using my tax money to bail out Wall Street or fund a forever war.

and what kind of values one wants to nurture in children.

I think that's the big divide.
Even on DU I see it, a rather large faction who cares more about "But how will we pay for those grand socialist plans? Yah, you'll tax me! So I'll go for the war candidate!" than about ... well, the health care of some homeless yob.
