http://www.workerspower.net/pathetic-midterms-dole-out-punishment-for-democrats-give-republicans-swollen-headsCo-written by myself and a comrade and, for a change , passed unanimously by the Editorial Board without changes.
I especially liked the part towards the end (written by the other comrade BTW, so I'm not being immodest about the uses for a worker's party that doesn't just involve getting out and voting every two years. It can be used as a "clearing house" for organizing struggle against the assault on the working class in the USA. See what you think.

(34,318 posts)2. This is really good -
The voters in this election were offered little choice in the slate of candidates, and they showed their disdain for that lack of choice by not showing up at the voting booths at all. The candidates presented to them by both parties in the US, especially on economic issues, were one of a kind, differing only in degree. All of the candidates were neo-liberal supporters of austerity for the working class and tax cuts for the already fabulously wealthy.

sets out WP-US's view and analysis of the mid-terms rather well.
BTW, you should have received your email newsletter from us earlier this week. There's a pretty good treatment on Socialist Alternative in that newsletter too. I can't remember if I posted it on here or not.
