ok, finally got done sorting through my weekend haul

I almost didn't go out Saturday morning. My wife and I'd had a late night and finally got to bed around 1AM. But I woke up after sleeping five hours and decided to hit one sale I'd seen advertised with plans to catch a nap later. I was glad I did. Brand new, unopened X-box games, Kung Fu movies and soccer instructional DVDs lined a table. $4 each. I was there early and the women running the sale let me browse. I quickly scanned the discs and came up with about 20 or so with values ranging from $15 to $70. This was quite a profit margin and the fact she let my selections go for $50 total was a steal.

I was tempted to end my day very early like I did last Saturday morning (5/24) because I spent most of my money in one place. But on a whim, I stopped at another sale that had just opened. This guy was selling his entire DVD collection. None were new but they were all $.25 each! And this price included Star Wars boxed sets, Jurassic Park boxed sets, Scream boxed sets, Nightmare on Elm Street boxed sets and assorted TV show boxed sets (Firefly, ER, NCIS, etc.) A quarter each? Really? They must be scratched up real good, right? Nope! These were practically new. Not even fingerprints on them!

Now I have to spend the next two nights packaging and shipping because they're selling fast. Poor me.

since I'm more of an antiques/collectibles person I never look twice. Maybe I should. It sounds pretty profitable for you.
