Wooden Crates

Hi all,

Interested in doing a project. This actually:



Where can I get the crates? I don't care if they say "Coke" or "Dr. Pepper" or whatnot. They can even be plain with no labels at all. I'm just looking for some way to make a spice rack like this without spending a fortune. I've googled this plenty but right now these crates seem to be pretty pricey (on sites like Ebay or Etsy).

Any ideas? I'd need about four because I want to make some gifts.

2. that caught my eye, too.

used to have a bunch of those, but never could figure out what to do with them.
they got purged a while back. we redid the back porch, and everything had to go.

5. they are great for "little cars"...

....matchbox, hot wheels, etc. That's what we always used them for, anyway.

3. In my area

They may be found at flea markets and malls from $15 to $25. The condition in photo would be at the lower end. Might find a off brand for less.
