Have you ever bought something on eBay, then turned around and sold it on eBay and made money?

I won an auction for a set of art prints from 1974.
I was shocked that I won the auction for $75 plus $19 shipping.
They usually go for a lot more.
I received the prints, waited a couple weeks, and listed the whole set for $650.
They sold to France within 18 hours.
Shipped out yesterday
Thank you eBay!

You ever done anything like that before?

I was searching for local memorabilia to buy and sell locally and a doll popped up that turned out to be one of the first of some very collectible dolls that originated in the town but are no long made there (R. John Wright dolls). For some reason, the seller didn't highlight the maker and I won the auction for $35. I held onto it for about a year and eventually sold it on ebay for $1,200.

They go out to a sale with smart phone in hand, take a picture of something desirable and list it on eBay right then and there. If someone is interested, then they buy it.

We would always shop the close outs at Target.
We bought a snowman drink dispensar once for under $20.
We sold it for $70 something after a couple of women got in a bidding war.
It was so much fun!
