First time in 5 years
I haven't made rent on my two booths at the mall. I have to remind myself to look at the big picture.

On the roads I notice not much traffic weekdays. Gun humpers not humping as much, must be saving money on bullets.

(51,054 posts)I really miss it, but just as it seemed it might be safe to jump back in the economic debacle started. We have a flea market that finally reopened. I may do that after I've fully recovered from my hip replacement. If I wasn't a geezer, I might consider having my own shop, but it doesn't seem like a good thing to do at this stage of life.

Thursdays and Fridays, it's on the road for yard and garage sales. This week there were way fewer buyers than usual. Lots of sales with most asking near retail prices and they were not moving anything. Right now is a good time to buy and bad time to sell.
I hardly ever find Snoopy items, but hit one sale where a lady was selling her husbands collections of stuff and got some Hallmark Snoopys for a buck.
I have a new 40X36 barn I finally got done and it's filling up. Made it out of a couple of 40 foot shipping containers, spread apart with a raised roof on top of it.

Haven't a clue what I'll do with it, but I worked there for a short time long, long ago and just had to have it. Especially since I remembered when the dairy was still in operation. I think picking is a psychiatric disorder itself. LOL.
