Memories of Berlin - New (kinda) video.

Since I retired a couple years ago, it has been my mission to edit all that video I shot over the years. There’s a lot of it! Here’s my latest project, eighteen years after the fact. I hope it’s not too self-indulgent to post here. Thanks for watching.

1. That was actually quite fun

I imagine it’s quite an experience as you edit these videos now. Seeing things you forgot about and weaving all of it into stories and adding music and narration.

This is the place to post and show off your work, so you’ve come to the right place. I really enjoy your and your wife’s commentary. It gives it a wonderful feeling of intimacy and humor, as if you’re showing your vacation videos with us as if we’re friends. I like that.

Your editing skills are excellent and kept me engaged in a very pleasant way. You’re a grand tour guide!

I really appreciate your kindness and encouragement.

This trip was our first anniversary. Bernie loves to be on the road and was looking forward to retirement so we could travel all the time. Pandemic took care of that. We had to cancel our planned trip to Egypt. I'm not bothered staying in all day to edit adventures of the past, but it's driving poor Bernie nuts!
