For those shopping Joanns closing sales: thread and yarn mostly gone

When the price hit 40% off..people swooped in. Only the specialty threads left.

Christmas stuff..80% off

At least at my location

1. Store-closure sales depress the heck out of me... When Bed, Bath & Beyond went out, I tried to shop

to pick up some items I didn't think would be in high demand, but the empty shelves and sad employee faces was just too much.

I am really sorry about Joann's-- there really isn't an equivalent alternative. I thought they would try to minimize stores and go for reorganization, but after Trump won, I guess they (and many other chain businesses) saw the writing on the wall.

the last time I was at my Joanns, the discount was 20% off, which is not that great of a deal. (I'm really going to miss Joanns)
