question about candles

I have some scented candles which I have burned down to the halfway mark or the wick is damaged in some way.

Because I am so fond of the scents, I would like to melt the wax and pour a new candle with a new wick.

Has anyone done this. Any advice?

And can anyone refer to me a supplier for the new wicks?

I agree with sinkingfeeling, however. Use a double boiler or something similar. When I made candles, I would put my wax in a large metal can and place that in a pan of simmering water. It worked the same as a double boiler without the risk of having the wax catch fire.

might have wicks.

get them there.

What is your unique selling proposition? The one thing that you do or sell that no one else does/can?
