T Rex - Bang a Gong

The concert I saw the night before I enlisted in the Navy. Had tickets to both shows at the Allen Theater in Cleveland. $6.50 a ticket and sat front row center for the second show. Kiki Dee was the opener.

It was so different from anything I had heard up to that point.

This is the X Factor in rock, I believe. I gotta think there's some hanky-panky going on.
The Stones had this in spades. Zep too. But Robert Plant got that from Marc Bolan, dinnee?
