Best case, for the dumb switching scenario is Biden steps down from the presidency and pledges his candidates to Harris. Stepping down and having an open convention is a recipe for disaster - Dems are cats and would surely rumble over the nominee. But back to him announcing his departure, the Senate would have to approve Harris's VP and the repugs would filibuster it. We'd be all kinds of fucked.

My husband and I are on opposite sides of this, but we're not fighting. He thinks I'm just "stuck in my fantasy world" and refuse to change. I think he's being led by the media and not recognizing the real truth.
