More good music for a stressful time. Keep our heads like Kipling said. (Original Post) moniss Jul 15 OP

Actually the Kipling reference is more for us here in the pre-apocalyptic collapse years. The changes are coming fast and heavy it seems. The song "Wonder" with the back story that Natalie has given and her lyrics about the inability of those around to grasp what they were seeing reminded me of what the last few days have generated in a sense with a wacky SC decision, wacky GQP on GQP shooting and the dismissal today. We see it but struggle dealing with it for obvious/various reasons. So Kipling came to mind.

as with so many educated people the education doesn't mean they are wise or decent in all things. The world suffers to this day from the effects of colonialism and those who endorsed and enforced it. I believe the centuries will have to go by and even then it might be like trying to divorce much of how the ancient Greeks, Romans and others still have traces that run through modern society.
