1. Remastered but not Perfect

Possibly my favorite Dead tune. First time listening to the remastered version. I missed some of the musical nuances of the original that were just too pushed back in this mix.

This was posted in 2010, but is it from the original master used to produce the 1985 CD?

Overall, the 2024 version sounds too compressed. I'll take mine with the original spicy spikes.

UC is the standout on Ugly Rumors. It's one my favorite songs by any artist. Poet Bobby Petersen's lyrics are sublime.
