My ex worked with some of them part time when we were all teens so we got clued in early and went to lots of their shows when they were just the local band. I also went to school with Dale for a year. She was so smart and cool, we'd race to see who could complete our lessons first. We were way ahead of the rest of the class as it was a self-paced learning.

The airplane disaster changed everything! It was so heartbreaking. Heartbreaking also to see the rightward turn they took over the years. This wouldn't have happened if Allan and Johnny hadn't died.
