it had to be after 75 maybe 76 or 77
I never got to see Terry Kath of Chicago play guitar, I wish I did.
I did see Tommy Bolin play was right before he died he was amazing. Also Winterland

... I listened a lot to him without even knowing it. He played in a bunch of good bands. Within hours of him dying he was told to take care of himself and he replied, "don't worry about me, I'll live forever." Sad irony.

He was a beautiful looking person also. The hair, the flower in his hair. I had similar hair, curly and blonde so that next day on the way home from the concert I wore a flower in my hair and my friend with me got nervous, thought we were gonna get the shit beat out of us, dirty hippies etc.
It was fine.
