For classic there's The St Louis Classic Rock Preservation Society. It offer seven stations depending on your preference. All free without registration:

But lately while I'm at dialysis treatments I like to hear more unpredictable off the wall music, both old and new. The appropriately named "The Gamut" out of Washington DC provides commercial free music that runs the gamut from classic rock to Johnny Cash, Dua Lipa, or The Cure. You never know what's next. The Radio 2050 reminds me in the best way of WZEN, the online radio station that used to be run out of Zen Mountain Monastery near Woodstock NY.
