http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/news/entertainment/top_10_most_outrageous_rockers_of_2014.htmlOk so I go through this list and by the time I get to the end I have turned into the "get off my lawn you rotten kids" old man. However this time.. it's totally justified.
Nearly every "outrageous" act on this list is someone yelling at a fan or saying something stupid. Queens Of The Stone Age guitar player said "Fuck Imagine Dragons" Courtney Love yelled at a fan, Gene Simmons said Rock is dead, Bruce Dickenson said Punk sucks...
This is what passes for "outrageous" in our right wing wet dream society?
Look I don't like being the "get off my lawn" old guy, but fuck it. GET OFF MY LAWN. This is what you people consider outrageous? HA! Pussies.
Back in the day of real rock and roll, that list would have had entries like
The Rolls Royce in the pool incident.
The TV out the hotel window incident.
The "red snapper" incident.
The snorting a line of ants incident.
Man I give up. We have gone so far to the right that the most outrageous thing they could find a "rocker" doing was saying "Fuck Imagine Dragons"

Now that is rock and roll!
BTW f you haven't read it and you have interest in the Eagles, Don Felders book was one of the better rock autobiographies I have read..

(31,997 posts)although I found it to be too self-serving and quite biased and some non-truths. However, I am not a huge felder fan.
I love
Timothy B Schmit
Joe Walsh
Don Henley
Glenn Frey
Other than Hotel California contribution I could do without Felder
Sorry.

(31,997 posts)Walsh says
Keith Moon decided he liked Walsh
And he and Belushi did the 28 thousand in room trash.
In the History of The Eagles they cover that quite a bit.
Love that group
We saw them last year. 20th row on the floor. Best Concert EVER
Now I want to see The Doobie Brothers
