Coil tap PRs nails it

Sitting here listening to our son jam red house and earlier wind cries mary. On our 98 McCarty,prs makes awesome guitars. But they also cornered it on coil tap, when you want the humbucker tone you reach for tokai Les Paul around here. And single coil Japan strats we have, I coil tapped our navigator Les Paul but then reversed it. Went the jimmy page diagram off internet but it sounded thin.

But Paul reed smith has engineered amazing pickups and pots wiring over years. They just do it well with their guitars quality and tone.
