Funnel cloud illusion at sunset
This was taken a half hour before the cornfield photo I posted last night. While driving in search of fireflies I noticed the sky had turned red and orange. I pulled off the road into a new housing development and took several shots. The colors faded soon after this was taken. I got back on the road and ended up at the cornfield.

What is the steamy looking stream coming up from the ground? Can't figure it out!

The illusion might have been a shadow.
