I took this photo in Paris several years ago. It looks like it's B&W, even though it's not. I'd seen this clock on previous trips and wanted to capture it digitally.

Thanks for getting these threads up nice and early, dear Mira! I have a busy day ahead, and I wanted to post my photo early on, before all that happens!

There were several 'auto-portraits' of my shadow, shadows cutting across streets, plus others.

10. For my first attempt ever (Rooftop in Penasco),

the moon wore Venus, Mars, and Saturn as a crown of jewels. I HONESTLY didn't even know this until i Googled the date (I was trying to figure out what the light green blob was to the upper left).

15. Finally picked one...

I have been debating with myself for days about which of seven pictures I could think of, immediately, and came up with the one I posted but I still am not sure I want to use that one.

17. I sent in one of a bobcat at the Minnesota Zoo, hidden in the shadows.

Technically, a bobcat is a lynx, hence the title.

Or, on reflection, that might actually be a Canada lynx - I don't remember now. The paws are pretty big.

Here are the two photos I thought about entering. I choose "Just Before Dawn." What do you think? Did I pick the right one? "Moonshadows" is a beautiful shot, but I think it's too small.

and it is still there.
To self delete you have to go to edit and then delete it. Please don't though. I don't want to undo some of my work for the submission threads.
