5. Here is how I do it

I go to postimage.org and click on the size I want - which is 1024x768 /17 "monitor. Then, I import the image from my desktop. It processes the image and displays the links to use and you chose: direct link which is the second from the top.
You then copy the link, give your entry a title, and insert it in the submission thread. Test it by doing a pre-view to make sure it looks good to you.
