Is this a Lumix (Panasonic) lens?

26. Actually, it is not a Lumix lens.

This is an Olympus lens, 100--400mm. It's a superb lens! I have not regretted spending real money on this since it works so well with my OM System camera, E-M 10 Mark IV.
Sometime look up my moon photos and you'll see what I mean!
