Damn.......what does this mean....

New episodes of "American Horror Stories" streaming every Thursday on #FXonHulu…

I think it means that it’s streaming eh??? AND NOT ON MY TV??? Damn. We pay $188.00 for 3 FX channels, and AHS IS NOT ON ANY OF THEM???

We’re so close to just cutting the damn cord. 😡 😡 😡

My Comcast is over $200 a month and stuff i used to be able to watch on demand is no longer included

When huge parts of the government package are about “internet access “ I cringe…..it seems citizens pay for running the lines and then some provider swoops in and charges us same citizens to use it

CUT THE CABLE - do streaming. If you can't find what you want, just think of the money you're saving!!!

You might want to buy a Roku or Amazon Fire Stick (I prefer the Roku) and sign up for Netflix and see how it goes. That's how we started.

I got a Roku and Netflix. I then bought a couple of antennas and put them up. We get a number OTA stations and really only watch the local network channels on a regular basis live. I then bought an OTA DVR device called a Tablo. We're able to digitally record programs - entire series, and binge watch them. We record sporting events and watch them later. We're able to fast forward through commercials.

Our viewing includes the OTA stations live and those that we've DVR'd, Netflix, Amazon, and Discovery+. We have way more television than we could ever watch.

In total, for the 3 streaming services we're paying about $38 a month. We pay $58 for high speed internet, but we would have had that anyway, so I usually don't use that when I'm comparing our current costs to what we used to pay for cable and/or Dish.

The biggest difference is that we now enjoy watching television. Back when we had cable, we were forever switching stations trying to find something interesting to watch.

I'm certain that streaming will eventually become cable with high costs, but until then, I'm going to enjoy my television again.
