On February 21, 1929, Amanda Blake was born.

Dr Buzz has jumped the gun (as have I) on this one. Not just on the day, but by several years.

Wikipedia says that Amanda Blake was born on February 21, 1929.

Actress Amanda Blake was #BornOnThisDay, Feb. 20, 1920. Remembered as "Miss Kitty" on TV's Gunsmoke series (1955-'75). Later ran 1 of the 1st successful programs for breeding cheetahs in captivity. Passed in 1989 (age 60) from #AIDS complications. #RIP #GoneTooSoon #AnimalRights

in the world. My Mom would give us her old dresses and we would cut and sew and try to make them look just like hers. (My mom was a sewing instructor so we already knew something of what we were about). She was quite a gal. Thanks for the memories.
