That morning show on CBS is so fake, they ALL seem to be trying so hard to have a fun time. Ugh.

Was on when I turned the TV on this morning, and watched for a few minutes, and it just feels so fake to me. Anyone else think this?? I don’t watch ANY “news” shows in the morning. It’s tennis or court TV, or the vet, (animal) shows for my morning viewing.

2. Lately TV news consists of Republican talking points and lightweight fluffy stories

I watch their eye-opener for the comedy clips and then switch to something else

3. I stopped watching morning "news" shows a long time ago.

It was just too weird how they'd be whooping it up and then slap on a serious face for 5 minutes of news headlines--a sad face if something really awful had happened--and then back to making margaritas out on the patio after the commercial break. *shudder*

It's so scripted even the the most off the cuff comments seem to have been planned by both parties of a conversation. "How did it happen Marsha?" " Well police spokesmen tell me ... (zamma zamma)." " Well it sounds pretty bad. You be careful out there Marsha." "Will do, back to you."

7. I often watch the ancient sitcoms on cable

Reminds me of when I was a little kid watching the morning sitcom reruns on UHF at my grandmas house on her black and white kitchen TV. Sometimes you just need to let your brain be inactive for a while.
