Julie Louis Dreyfus on Stephen Colbert.......

Damn she’s so great......

and so sorry for you Stephen lovers........he stinks as an interviewer.....he interrupted her numerous times, (as he does with all his guests), he just wrecks any people I want to see by his horrible interviewing. Ugh.

where the guest has to be VERY special for us to bother with Colbert any more. He and his $75 million and humongous ego can leave latenight any time. Given a chance to meet him in person or even attend the show, I would not bother.

We do, however, like Kimmel more and more lately. If you follow him on Instagram, he is out there in person doing charity stuff all the time. He has, to us, a very "genuine" kind of vibe. Colbert never seems to do anything charitable--he is involved, but always in a way that costs him nothing and is designed around him getting you to donate money. (Sorry for the rant on your post!)

at his laughing. He really seems interested in every guest he has on, like you said he’s genuine, and he never tries to one up them, like Colbert does.

and he pointed out how Colbert did the one-upping to Tig Notaro the other night (we like her, so tuned in), interrupting her. She snapped back at him about it and he just had to get the last word in. Interesting to find someone else who sees this.
