The Republican governor said last week he was waiting to make decisions on what comes next for the state to avoid potentially having to reverse them in the future.
Arizona Department of Health Services Director Dr. Cara Christ told KTAR News earlier this week that she and her department have been prioritizing at-risk populations and the efficiency of the states health care system when advising Ducey on coronavirus policy.

. . . I'm not sure how much of a lock down this really is. To me, and I may be wrong, it sounds as if he's sort of opening up the state for the Trump base, but he's calling it an extended stay at home order to appease the sane residents of the state.
It appears that the only things shut down now are beauty/hair salons, eat-in restaurants, and large public gatherings (i.e., schools, sports events, rallies [are you listening, Trump?], etc.).
If this tweet is correct https://www.democraticunderground.com/10387055 then we haven't even hit our peak yet. I'm concerned this half-assed stay at home order is going to do harm.
