Traffic in the valley has steadily been increasing and rush hour traffic is returning. Last night the trendy restaurants near Camelback and Central and the ones on 7th Street between Bethany Home Road and Missouri looked like they did pre-pandemic as far as the parking lots were filled to the brim. And that area is a very pro Biden liberal area. I will be working in Old Town Scottsdale a little bit today and I'm interested to see how things are going there.

Mesa Public School District is going back to 100% in person this Monday (if parents requested children to be 100% remote they can still continue to do so). I would imagine there's probably plenty of others that are doing the same.

The positive is the Maricopa County mask mandate is still in effect and it appears most people are still masking up.

Children going back to 100% in school with no social distancing in the classroom to me is the biggest concern.

(I don't) report that everyone is masked. So who is driving up these numbers? My neighbors, all elderly, say it's "the kids".
