in the city or state for one reason. They pay high wages. It is not the best location to get to, but it would be nice to have anyway.

I remember shopping there as a kid... When we could afford it. I used to love the Sears catalog. Lol. It's around the corner... Kind of... From my elementary and Jr high school so when I was slightly older I'd walk there after school and look around.

Memories.

That whole area I'd not recognize now... I worked in both both Park Plaza and University Malls as a teen... Actually we got locked into the record store in University mall due to a shooting one day... Good times.

I do remember it being huge!

They had a kind of layaway system in the 1980s...i can remember waiting for what seemed like hours for my folks to put things on layaway at a little window in a corner.

The same could be said about many places in Arkansas

Though really - - - what would I know... I haven't spent more than a few hours there since... 1994. And haven't stepped foot in it since 2003.

It could be a liberal utopia now for all I know.
