Which state should we move to next to turn them blue and raise their property values?

(33,643 posts)Still too close here ... and you can buy a beautiful, big newer home here on a nice parcel of land for like 300K ... and be only like 30 min drive from Downtown Phoenix.
Better hurry though ... places have gone up a LOT lately, and I get like 10 calls a week from people wanting to buy my house for cash.

(52,129 posts)People still want to live here, not flee. You couldn't pay me enough to move to a red area. I value my health, mental as well as physical. CA will take better care of my needs than a Red state would.

(17,800 posts)and I'm ready to be part of it. I already am with contributions, but my vote would make a bigger difference there than it's making here in San Francisco.

(24,592 posts)but I have always wondered how many democratic votes we could lose and still stay all blue and how many states those votes would have put in the blue column. I'm betting we had enough spare blue votes in 2016 in San Francisco alone to put Hillary in the White House.
And that just may happen. They're gaining a lot of new people from California.
