I received the alert just as it started never think fast enough to stop, drop, cover.
Edited bc I misread USGS and wrote 4.6.

Says it was 4.66 center on Kanan Road hallway between the 101 freeway and Pacific Coast highway. Looks like near the tunnels on the road
