My neighbor was the concierge in that building when it started to sink. She said most of the owners there were not full time residents.

(581 posts)And the area it is located in has become a hotbed of crime, vagrancy and illegal drug use. It’s a good example of how the “masters of the universe” often make poor decisions.

(581 posts)I lived in SF from when it was being built and not a year went by where someone wasn’t suing the developer over problems with it. Total shit show
