sunset over longs peak

i've been tromping around the natural areas on the se side of fort collins the last three weekends hoping to catch one of our glorious sunsets, and although i've stuck out in the color department, i can't say i'm disappointed with these. we sure do live in some beautiful country.

We used to vacation in the area of Longs Peak -- Meeker Lodge -- back when I was a teenager. My father and brothers climbed Longs at one point. We all climbed another one every summer -- ??is there a Twin Peak?? -- anyway, lots of happy time there. Thank you for the photos and the memories.
