A question for Colorado folks on unemployment.

My daughter lives in Denver and worked for a few years for a graphic design company.
She's a photographer. When the layoffs came, she was kept until the end, and then furloughed.
She began to collect unemployment, including the CARE money. She was later informed she was
laid off. On Wednesday she got a letter saying all of her benefits would end Saturday the 18th, tomorrow.
She was told in the letter she had to go back to work at her previous job, which no longer exists.
No one will answer her phone calls, she can't even schedule an appointment to talk to someone.
Any of you Colorado folks know what to do?
