Dover election set for April 15

DOVER — The city’s munici­pal election will take place Tuesday, April 15.

All voting will take place 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Elks Lodge 1903, 200 Saulsbury Road. The entrance is in the rear of the building.

Candidates:
At-large: incumbent Andre Bog­gerty and Shereen L. Woodward On­yekonchi;
First district: Justina Brinkley. Anthony Floyd J. and incumbent Gerald Rocha;
Second district: Donyale Hall, Donna Mitchell, Stephan D. Pierce and Faye D. White;
Third district: Jo Ann Mather and incumbent Fred A. Neil;
Fourth district: incumbent David L. Anderson and Leroy Bradshaw Jr.

Two candidates who dropped out are Josette Stevens-Cooper, who was running for Dover’s Third District council seat, and William F. Hare, who was running for reelection to the Second District council seat.
