PM Update: Clouds thicken tonight, and light snow develops Friday afternoon.

Temperatures in the mid- and upper 30s this afternoon felt more like the 20s thanks to a pretty consistent wind out of the west-southwest. Walking on the sunny side of the street certainly made some difference! Clouds streaming into the area this evening are the first sign of weather to come tomorrow. While we miss out on much of the major offshore storm, some snow is a good bet starting late Friday.

1. Unless the forecast has changed in the past two or three hours,

Maryland west of the Chesapeake shouldn't get hit with much snow.

It appears that east and northeast of Philly up to coastal New England could get a substantial amount.

2. Right, 'my' Calvert County forecast for tomorrow:

Cloudy skies with afternoon snow showers. High 41F. Winds light and variable. Chance of snow 60%.

3. I'm west of Frederick, same probability of snow.

Out of curiosity, I checked Salisbury's forecast and it looks as if they'll get about a half a foot or so.
